Standard Returns

You may return your order within 14 days from the date it is delivered to you.

Defective Products

For returns due to defects caused by the product or manufacturing, our inspection period for returned items is up to 30 days.

Exchanges

Please note that products sold on our website are offered in limited quantities during specific campaign periods. Therefore, exchanges are not available.
